Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") supplements the Website Terms of Use and the Member Agreement. It governs your use of BAC's member portal, community forums, coaching calls, mastermind groups, and all interactive features on BrokerAgentCouncil.com.

General Standards of Conduct

All users of BAC's platforms and interactive features are expected to uphold the following standards:

  • (a)Treat all participants with respect, professionalism, and courtesy.
  • (b)Communicate honestly and accurately at all times.
  • (c)Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • (d)Respect the intellectual property rights of others.
  • (e)Maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared within the community.
  • (f)Adhere to the IREIA Code of Ethics if you hold a current certification.

Prohibited Activities

You may not use BAC's platforms or interactive features to:

  • (a)Post, transmit, or share content that is defamatory, harassing, threatening, abusive, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
  • (b)Engage in discrimination or hate speech based on any protected class.
  • (c)Post false or misleading information about properties, deals, market conditions, or professional qualifications.
  • (d)Solicit, recruit, or attempt to divert other members to competing services.
  • (e)Post spam, unsolicited commercial messages, or unrelated promotional content.
  • (f)Share or distribute BAC training materials, proprietary content, or Confidential Information outside the authorized community.
  • (g)Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or credentials.
  • (h)Post content that infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party.
  • (i)Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access or extract data from any BAC platform.
  • (j)Engage in any activity that could harm the reputation or operations of BAC or the IREIA ecosystem.

Community Participation Guidelines

In community forums, coaching calls, mastermind groups, and other interactive features, all participants are expected to:

  • (a)Keep discussions constructive, on-topic, and professional.
  • (b)Respect the time and contributions of instructors, coaches, and fellow participants.
  • (c)Refrain from recording, screenshotting, or redistributing private community content without prior written authorization from BAC.
  • (d)Maintain the confidentiality of other members' personal and business information.
  • (e)Report inappropriate behavior or content to BAC support promptly.

Enforcement

BAC reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action in response to any suspected violation of this AUP. Enforcement actions may include, at BAC's sole discretion:

Warning or Notice

A formal warning issued to the user regarding the violation, with an opportunity to correct the behavior.

Content Removal

Removal or modification of any content that violates this AUP, without prior notice.

Platform Restriction

Temporary or permanent restriction of access to specific platform features, forums, or community spaces.

Membership Termination

Suspension or termination of membership and certification, with no refund obligation for prepaid fees.

BAC may also refer matters to appropriate legal authorities where conduct may constitute a criminal offense or otherwise warrants external action.

Reporting Violations

If you become aware of a violation of this Acceptable Use Policy, please report it promptly. Reports can be submitted through the reporting feature within the member portal, or by contacting us directly:
